E-Notification of Application Petition Acceptance (Form G-1145) is a USCIS form that lets the applicant access information remotely. With USCIS Form G-1145, if any application submitted at a USCIS lockbox facility is accepted, the applicant will be informed electronically. These notifications will be mailed to you through email and/or text messages directly from USCIS. Opting into the electronic notifications can save time and paper for both sides.
